Collaboration Directory Project
COLLABOKA is a special project of 365 Art+ Magazine, developed as part of the 365 Art+ Collaboka initiative.
This is not a traditional editorial feature.
COLLABOKA is a collaboration-focused directory designed for artists, creatives, and businesses open to partnerships and new projects.
Participants are presented in a structured catalog including names, professional fields, links, and creative or business focus.
Members of the project can explore the directory, search for suitable collaborators, directly contact participants, and propose collaborations, services, or joint projects.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Participants are presented in a structured catalog where they can:
– explore other participants
– search by field or creative focus
– connect directly
– propose collaborations, services, or joint projects
All participants are listed as part of the 365 Art+ CollaboKa Project.
Publication format:
– Standard publication: 2 pages (double-page spread)
– Publication fee: USD 150 + tax
What to prepare:
– Name / Studio / Business name
– Country / City
– Bio and project description (up to 200 words)
– Up to 6 high-resolution images (300 DPI, print-ready)
– Website and social links
– QR codes (optional)
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS (PRINT QUALITY)
All submitted images must be print-ready.
300 DPI resolution is required.
Minimum recommended size: A4 (2480 × 3508 px)
Accepted formats:
JPG / JPEG / PNG
RGB
Web-resolution images are not suitable for print production.

Before submitting your work to 365 Art+ Magazine, please read the following important information.
By submitting your materials, you confirm that you are the copyright holder or have permission to submit the works, and that you accept the submission terms and conditions outlined below.
You grant 365 Art+ Magazine a non-exclusive license to use the submitted content, with proper credit (artist name and tags), for editorial publication and promotional purposes. This includes print and digital editions of the magazine, as well as promotion and communication via the official website, online galleries, portfolios, self-published books, advertising, marketing, and social media.
You acknowledge and agree that submitted content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, audio, video, or audiovisual works, and may be cropped, adjusted, or modified for layout and publication purposes.
All submitted materials are considered final upon approval.
No free revisions, replacements, or corrections are provided after publication.
Any post-publication changes may be subject to additional fees and are not guaranteed.
The submitted content will not be used for pornographic or defamatory purposes.
